The Reserve Bank of India proposes to set up a unit to microfilm and scan archival documents at the Central Records and Documentation Centre, Reserve Bank of India, University Road, Pune 411016. Accordingly, the Principal, College of Agricultural Banking, Pune, invites sealed tenders from the authorised distributors /dealers of the products for Supply, Installation and commissioning of a)Microfilm Camera (A0 size) b) Flat bed Scanner (A2 size) c) Archival processor d) Film Inspection unit e) Ultrasonic splicer f) Densitometer and g) Silver film Duplicator.

Prescribed Tender Forms can be obtained from the Office of the Chief Archivist, at the above address upto 28^th January 2003 on all working days on payment of Rs.500/- in cash or DD in favour of the Reserve Bank of India payable at Mumbai. (non refundable). The tenders would be received upto 14.00 hours on 27^th February 2003. This notice is also available on our website address given below.
