Sealed tenders are invited for supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of additional Cameras & Other equipments for CCTV at RBI Central Vista, Sector -17, Chandigarh. It is estimated to cost Rs. 28 lakh and is likely to be completed within 3 months.

Only contractors having about five years experience in undertaking similar nature of work and having executed minimum 2 similar works costing not less than Rs. 28 lakhs need tender for the work.

Tender forms can be collected from 22nd April to 29th April up to 12 Noon from the office of AGM, Estate Department on payment of Rs.500 per set ( Non-Refundable). The tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written information about the names and addresses of their bankers and clients with the details of works, year of execution, cost and the authority under whom it was executed along with their correct postal addresses as also documentary evidence of their experience. Tenders in prescribed forms, in duplicate, along with the EMD of Rs.56,000 superscribing the name of the work on sealed envelope and addressed by name to Sh DPS Rathore, Regional Director will be received in the Bank up to 2 P.M on 2nd May ,2003 . Part 1 (technical bid) will be opened on 2nd May,2003, at 3 PM in the presence of the authorised representatives of the tenderers, who choose to be present and Part II (commercial bid) of the approved firms will be opened at a subsequent date .
