The Reserve Bank of India invites applications for empanelment of Contractors for the interior works comprising fabrication & installation of counters, as a part of renovation of Banking Hall in the Bank's main office building at Fort Glacis, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600 001, estimated to cost about Rs.50 lakhs. The work is to be completed within 3 months.

Only reputed contractors well versed in interior works with about 10 years experience with Rs.100 lakhs yearly turnover, and having completed a minimum of two or more works of similar nature individually costing not less than Rs.50 lakhs in the last 2 years need to apply in the prescribed form which can be had from the Office of the Project Management Cell at the above address up to 16.00 hrs. on 15th June,2001. Application forms will be issued only to such applicants who produce documentary evidence for fulfilling the qualifications prescribed above. Application forms (in duplicate) duly filled in and enclosed in a sealed cover addressed to Shri B. Ghosh, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai will be received in the Office of the Project Management Cell up to 3 p.m. on 20th June, 2002.

No further Tender Notice will be published in the press for the work referred to above and issue of tender forms will be restricted among the selected applicants.

The Bank reserves the right to withhold issue of application forms to any party or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason therefore.
