With reference to the minutes of the pre-bid meeting uploaded in the RBI & MSTC portal on July 20, 2022 in connection with the captioned tender, following queries were raised by one of the participants vide email;

14	Vendor asked for considering the virtual completion date of each lift separately instead of virtual completion of last lift to commence the DL & CAMC period [Clause SC 10]	The request has been acceded to by the Bank
15	Vendor asked for removal of clause mentioned in scope of work during CAMC; (vi) In case of breakdown due to water entry in pit due to rain or water entry from upper floor landings during fire drills, pit switch and other equipment if become defective, same shall be replaced without any charge and to be covered under CAMC [Clause SC 10]	The request has been acceded to by the Bank and the damaged parts due to water entry shall be paid extra as and when occurs.
