Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Premises Department, Central Office building Fort, Mumbai had invited E-tender for providing facilities management services (housekeeping) at Central Office building of Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai on July 14, 2022. The modifications / amendments to the tender are as follows:

1. In Scope of Work -para 5A-Supply of washroom amenities on Free to use (FTU) basis and its maintenance & in Schedule of Quantities item 2 page 61 - ‘Supply of 70 boxes’ -has been deleted. The required quantity of consumables will have to be supplied by the vendor. Item no 3 of Schedule of Quantities has been separated into 82 sub-items, the rates of which may be quoted in the price-bid.

2. Annexure V –In Para 1, point 1 of Proforma for undertaking for minimum wages and other statutory perquisites- may be read as March 2022 instead of October 2021 (Basic + VDA)

3. Annex VI – has been deleted and may not be submitted along with Part 1

4. Bidders are requested to quote rates inclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes

The Bidders are requested to submit the bid after taking into account the modifications given in corrigendum. A signed copy of corrigendum has to be submitted alongwith the Tender Part I
