Sealed tenders are invited for Supply and installation of Smoke and Fire Detection System at RBI Central Vista, Sector 17 Chandigarh. It is estimated to cost Rs. 26 lakh and is likely to be completed within 4 months.

Only contractors having about five years experience in undertaking similar nature of work and having executed minimum 2 similar works costing not less than Rs. 26 lakhs need tender for the work.

Tender forms can be collected from 1^st July to 29th July, 2002 up to 12 Noon from the office of AGM, Estate Department on payment of Rs. 200 per set (Non Refundable). The tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written information about the names and addresses of their bankers and clients with the detail of work, year of execution, cost and the authority under whom it was executed along with their correct postal address as also documentary evidence of their experience. Tenders in prescribed forms, in duplicate, along with the EMD of Rs. 20,500 superscribing the name of the work on sealed envelope and addressed by name to Shri Madan Lal, Regional Director will be received in the Bank up to2 P.M on 29th July, 2002 at 3pm. Part 1 (technical bid) will be opened on 29th July, at 3 pm in the presence of the authorised representatives of the tenderers , who choose to be present and Part II (commercial bid) of the approved firms will be opened at a subsequent date .
