Sealed tenders in two parts, i.e., Technical Bid and Financial Bid, are invited for

1. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 x 60 KVA UPS
2. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 x 30 KVA UPS

at Reserve Bank of India, Jammu.

Only firms having a minimum of 3 years experience in undertaking similar nature of works and having executed at least two works of similar nature in each category of items costing not less than Rs. 6.00 lakh during the past 2 years and have a service set up at either at Jammu/ Chandigarh or at New-Delhi, preferably at Jammu, need tender for the work.

Tender forms will be issued from 05.11.2003 to 27.11.2003 from the office of the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Jammu on payment of Rs.200/- per set per item, which amount is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written documents about the names and addresses of their bankers and clients with the names of work, year of execution, cost and the authority under whom it was executed along with their correct postal addresses and also documentary evidence of their experience and the service centre. Tenders, Technical Bid and Financial Bid separately, in prescribed form, in duplicate, along with EMD of Rs.12,000/- by DD (separately for each work) drawn on a Scheduled Bank favouring Reserve Bank of India, Jammu payable at New Delhi superscribing the name of the work, Technical Bid and Financial Bid on sealed envelope and addressed by name to Shri J.B.Bhoria, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Jammu will be received by the Bank upto 2.00 p.m. on 28.11.2003. Part I of the tender will be opened on the same day at 3.00p.m., in the presence of the authorised representatives of the tenderers, who chose to be present. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
