Sealed Tenders are invited for supply and installation of Electrical lifts at proposed office building at Gomtinagar, Lucknow-226010 , estimated to cost Rs.44.00 lakhs and to be completed within 10 months.

Only contractors having about 3 years of experience in undertaking similar nature of work and having executed two or more similar type of works individually costing not less than Rs.22 lakhs need tender for the work.

Tender forms will be issued from 06.01.2003 to 15.01.2003 from office of the Officer-In-Charge, Premises Section, Reserve Bank Of India, Lucknow-226001 on payment of Rs.200=00 per set which amount is not refundable under any circumstances.

The tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written information about the names and addresses of their bankers and clients with the names of the work , year of execution, cost and the authority under whom it was executed along with their correct postal address, telephone numbers /fax numbers and also documentary evidence of their experience. Tenders in prescribed forms in duplicate along with Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.29500=00 super scribing the name of the work on sealed envelop and addressed by name to Shri Prashant Saran, Officer-in-charge will be received by the Bank up to 12 noon on 31.01.2003.

Part-1 will be opened at 3pm on the same day or on the next working day in the presence of authorized representative of the tenderers who choose to be present.

The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender without assigning reason therefore.
