E-tenders were invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Domestic (RO+UV+UF+Mineral enhancer based) storage type water purifiers for Bank’s Various Staff/ Officers Quarters at Hyderabad after publishing the NIT in MSTC Portal, on the Bank’s website on July 21, 2022. As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting was conducted at 11.00 am on July 22, 2022 in the Meeting Room of 1st floor Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad.

2. Representatives from two firms participated in the pre-bid meeting. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail.

3. The technical specifications and eligibility criteria were deliberated in the meeting. The queries raised by the representatives of the firms (which were already mentioned in the tender document), were also clarified during the meeting.

4. All the participants were advised to stamp and sign all the pages of the tender document and relevant supporting documents before uploading on MSTC Portal.

5. Further, it was advised that the Price bid has to be entered in MSTC portal only and not to be written on tender document. The total of amount of SITC of water purifier for 316 Nos. (including GST) should be entered in ‘a’ header, Total amount for rebate of old 316 units should be entered in ‘b’ header and the Total amount for comprehensive AMC for 316 units for one year should be entered in ‘c’ header.

6. All the above points were noted by the firm.

7. AGM (Tech-Electrical) ended the meeting with vote of thanks.

(ii) Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.
