Sealed tenders in two parts - Part I containing Technical Specifications and Commercial conditions, if any, in separate cover and Part II containing prices are invited for Additions/Alterations to the existing flats in D, E and F blocks in Bank’s Staff Quarters at Thrivikramangalam (Thamalam) estimated to cost Rs. 14.87 lacs and to be completed within 3 months.

Only contractors having about 3 years experience in undertaking similar nature of work and having executed two or more similar type of works individually costing not less than Rs. 7.50 lacs need tender for the work. Tender forms will be issued during working hours on any working day from 3-2-2003 to 7-2-2003 from the Office of the Assistant General Manager, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695033 on payment of Rs.200/- per set which amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written information about the names and addresses of their Bankers and clients with names of work, year of execution, cost and authority under whom it was executed along with their correct postal addresses and also documentary evidence of their experience. Tenders in prescribed forms, in duplicate along with EMD of Rs.14985/- superscribing the name of work on sealed envelope and addressed by name to Shri G. Gopalakrishna, Regional Director will be received by the Bank up to 1.00 PM on 14^th February 2003 and will be opened on the same day or next working day, in the presence of the authorized representative of the tenderers who choose to be present.
