Sealed tenders, in duplicate, are invited for Renovation and Augmentation of the Central Air-conditioning System at the Bank's Main Office Building, Nagpur from reputed manufacturers/contractors having a minimum experience of 5 years in Central Air-conditioning System and have executed at least 3 Air-conditioning systems with Centrifugal/Screw Chiller Packages, each work individually costing not less than Rs. 200 lakhs and having adequate service set up at Nagpur or at the nearest metropolis.

2. Prescribed tender forms can be obtained from 27 May 2002 to 10 June 2002 on making cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) per set in duplicate and on submission of written application furnishing proof of details of experience together with names and addresses of the applicant's Bankers and clients to the office of the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Nagpur 440 001.

3. Tenders in sealed covers shall be addressed by name to Shri A.K. Sohani, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Nagpur and sent so as to reach him not later than 2.00 p.m. on 28 June 2002.Part I of the tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M.

4. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject either in full or in part any or all the tenders.
