Sealed tenders, in duplicate are invited for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV Surveillance Systems for the Bank's Office Building at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Belapur, Chennai, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Thiruvananthapuram and Nagpur from reputed firms of manufacturer/contractors having a minimum of 3 years experience in executing at least two works of similar nature individually costing not less than Rs.40 lakhs each and having adequate service set up at the respective centres or at the nearest metropolis.

2. Prescribed tender forms can be obtained from 10th May 2002 to 28th May 2002 on making a cash payment of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) per set in duplicate and on submission of written application furnishing proof of details of experience together with names and addresses of the applicant's Bankers and Clients to the office of Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Premises Department, Central Office.Bldg., SBS Marg, Mumbai - 400 001.

3. Tenders in sealed covers shall be addressed by name to Shri B.K.Katyal, Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Premises Department, Central Office, Mumbai and sent so as to reach him not later than 12.00 noon on 30th May 2002. Part I of the tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m.

4. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject either in full or in part any or all the tenders
