TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in duplicate are invited for Renovation and Interior work of RD's room and conference room at Reserve Bank of India main Office Building, Jaipur estimated to cost Rs.14.25 Lakhs approximate, and to be completed within three months.

2. Only contractors having about 3 years of experience in undertaking similar nature of work and having executed two or more similar type of works individually costing not less than Rs.7.15 lakhs (Rs. Seven lakh fifteen thousand only) need tender for the work.

3. Tender forms will be issued from 14.01.2004 to 04.02.2004 (up to 1200 hours) from the Office of the Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Jaipur on payment of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) by cash or Demand Draft per set, which is not refundable under any circumstances. The Tender forms will be issued only to those who furnish written information about the names and addresses of their bankers and clients with the names of work, years of execution, cost and the authority under whom it was executed along-with their correct postal addresses and also documentary evidence of their experience. Tenders in prescribed forms, in duplicate along-with E.M.D. of Rs. 28500/- (Rs. Twenty eight thousand five hundred only) by way of DD in favour of RBI, Jaipur superscribing the name of the work on sealed envelopes and addressed in the name of Smt. D. Srivastava will be received by the Bank upto 2.00 PM on 04^th February 2004. Tender shall be submitted in two parts viz., Part I containing technical and commercial details of the offer and Part II containing prices only. While Part I of the tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. or the next working day, in the presence of the authorised representative of the tenderers who choose to be present, Part II of the tender will be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to the tenderers in advance. The bank is not bound to accept the lowest of any tender and reserves the right to accept or reject either in full or in part any or all the tenders.
