Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ahmedabad (hereinafter referred to as ‘Bank’) invites tender through e-tendering method for supply of sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles of 9 metric tonnes with doors and locking arrangement for transportation of bank notes from RBI, Ahmedabad to various places in the State of Gujarat and Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Diu-Daman and vice versa. Interested and eligible companies / firms can download the tender form from Reserve Bank of India's website /en/web/rbi/tenders and MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com. The timelines for the tender are as follows:

e-Tender view date at MSTC/RBI website	February 06, 2023 (Monday, from 12:00 PM)
Pre-Bid Meeting	February 28, 2023 (Tuesday, at 12:00 PM)
Start Bid Date	March 01, 2023 (Wednesday, 12:00 PM onwards)
Last date of submission of EMD	March 10, 2023 (Friday, till 12:00 PM)
Close Bid Date	March 10, 2023 (Friday, 04:00 PM)
Date & Time of opening of Part-I (Technical Bid)	March 10, 2023 (Friday, 05:00 PM)
Date & time of opening of Part-II (Price Bid)	To be informed subsequently
