Eligibility |
(A) Work Experience: Only firms registered with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, as a channel partner for Solar Photovoltaic System Integrator who have 5 years of experience in carrying out solar power plant installation works for large office buildings/commercial premises and have executed successfully similar works, during last five years ending March 2015, individually costing as under: (i) Three works each costing not less than Rs.7,00,000/-
OR
(ii) Two works each costing not less Rs. 8,75,000/-
OR
(iii) One work costing not less than Rs.14,00,000/- (B) Annual Turnover: The applicant should have a minimum yearly turnover of Rs.17,50,000/- during the last 3 financial years ending March 31, 2015. (C) Solvency Certificate: The applicant should furnish solvency certificate issued by the applicant’s Bankers (as per the prescribed format), specifically for the purpose of the above work for an amount equal to the estimated cost (Rs.17.5lakh). (D) The applicant should have a service set up in Lucknow for rendering after sales service |

Availability of forms |
(A) Over the counter in Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm on all working days during the period from November 09, 2015 to November 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) on written request accompanied by copy of documents to prove eligibility criteria in (4) above and payment of cost of tender form (See Col.6 below) or (B) Tender forms can be downloaded from the Bank’s website. In such cases, written request accompanied by Demand Draft or Rs.1000/-(Please see Col.6 below) and copy of documents to prove eligibility criteria mentioned in Col.(4) above, should be submitted in a separate sealed cover on or before the due date prescribed in Col.(9) below. |

(ii) Other documents mentioned in Part-I (Techno Commercial Bid) of the tender, as required. Part - II (Price Bid)
Only Price Bid and that too strictly as per the columns in the prescribed format. No letters / documents should be attached. |

Method of submission of Tender |
Tenders shall be submitted in two sealed covers separately for:-
(a) Part-I (Techno Commercial Bid) of the tender along with the documents mentioned in Col.7 above and
(b) Part-II (Only Price Bid in the prescribed format – No letters/documents)
Both these two sealed covers should be placed in another cover super scribed “Tender for Provision of 20KWp Grid Interactive SPV based SOLAR Power Plant at RBI Main Office Premises, ‘Lucknow’ & addressed by name to Smt.
